Exchange & Return Policy

At OVERKLL, we want you to receive exactly what you ordered. If there’s an issue with your purchase, you can submit an exchange request within 3 days of delivery for any of the following reasons:

  • You received the wrong size.

  • You received an incorrect product.

  • The product doesn’t fit.

  • Both the product and its shipping packaging arrived damaged.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • Any product components or accessories are missing.

Exchange Eligibility Criteria

Before submitting an exchange request, please ensure that your product meets all the following requirements:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and not cleaned or tampered with.

  • All original brand tags, packaging, and accessories must be retained and in good condition.

  • The product must not have been modified or altered, except where a verified manufacturing defect is involved.

  • The request must be linked to the original order and verifiable against our purchase records.

  • The product must be free from stains, unpleasant odours, perfume, scratches, dents, tears, or other signs of damage.

  • Products purchased as a set must be returned together as a complete set.

  • The item must remain in its original, resaleable condition.

  • OVERKLL reserves the right to assess the product’s condition and determine whether it has become damaged, defective, or unsuitable for resale after delivery.

 Exchange Rules & Important Information

  • Exchanges are available only for size changes or incorrectly delivered products.

  • All exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • We do not offer refunds. Once an exchange request is approved, a replacement product will be provided.

  • Requests that fail to meet our eligibility requirements may be declined.

  • OVERKLL reserves the right to make the final decision on exchange eligibility based on the condition of the returned product and the information provided.

  • Actual colours, shades, print positioning, wash patterns, and minor design details may differ slightly from the images shown.

  • These differences may result from manufacturing processes, photography, lighting conditions, or variations in individual screen settings.

  • Minor visual variations are not considered manufacturing defects and do not qualify as valid grounds for an exchange or refund.

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of such minor differences between the displayed images and the actual product.
